We swung by Kelowna on the way up, so that Patrik could visit a job site, and then took the chance to stop at Mission Hill Winery on the way back out of town for some nice lunch and relaxation. What a beautiful view from their outdoor restaurant! There was a big grassy area between all the buildings, where Anna ran around and charmed one and all. There were even some Japanese tourists who asked if they could have their picture taken with her...
Kim, Tom, Lucas and Kai joined us for the first night, which was a bit damp, but absolutely great. It's way too long between visits, and I miss them. The next day we spent some time in the pool and down at Skaha Lake, until they had to head back home.

It was finally time to head home on Sunday, after a really fantastic weekend. Anna was pretty happy with it all...
Tired, but happy. And ready for a long nap with Elmo in the car, ready to dream about the next trip, which is just around the corner.
